Do you charge any upfront fees?

No. CJL Commercial Finance charges no upfront retainer, application fee, or processing fee of any kind. Our broker fee is paid at closing from loan proceeds — if no loan closes, you owe nothing.

What loan sizes do you work with?

We work with commercial loans starting at $500,000 with no upper limit. Our typical deal range is $500K to $20M+, covering everything from small multifamily acquisitions to large commercial transactions.

How long does the process take?

We respond to every submission within 24 business hours. Conventional commercial loans typically take 30-60 days to close. Bridge and hard money loans can close in as little as 2 weeks. SBA loans typically take 45-90 days.
